DRESS CODE

JAZZ SHOES, BALLET SHOES, TAP SHOES, AND ATTIRE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE FRONT DESK!

ATTIRE

  • Any color and style of dance attire or leotard may be worn. This includes athletic attire such as shorts/leggings and a tight, fitted top such as a tank top (this allows instructors to see proper alignment). Dancers in Ballet/Tap/Tumble and Creative Movement classes are highly encouraged to wear a leotard.

  • No street clothing allowed (i.e. no jeans).

  • Hair must be pulled out of face and neatly secured.

  • No jewelry or digital watches may be worn in class. Small, stud earrings are the ONLY exception.

  • Skills classes (Leaps & Turns, Flexibility & Technique, Ballet & Conditioning, Drill Team Technique) require resistance bands and ankle weights (2.5 pounds).

  • Creative Movement (2 year olds): Pink Ballet Shoes

  • Ballet/Tap/Tumble (3-6 year olds): Pink Ballet shoes & Black Tap shoes

  • Jazz/Pom/Lyrical: Tan Jazz shoes

  • Hip-Hop: Black Tennis shoes with white soles

  • EPAC Stars: Black Tennis shoes with white soles OR tan Jazz shoes

  • Leaps & Turns: Tan Jazz shoes OR toe-paws

  • Flex & Tech: Tan Jazz shoes OR toe-paws

  • Ballet & Conditioning: Pink Ballet shoes

  • Drill Team Technique: Tennis shoes with white soles AND Tan Jazz shoes OR toe-paws
